With 30 years of experience Kate has worked with a wide variety of patients from hospital based physio including spinal injuries to private practice. Kate provides hydrotherapy which she enjoys immensely, especially seeing such great outcomes for her patients. Running her private practice for over 20 years, Kate now has a special interest in working with patients with pelvic floor and continence problems as well as a wide knowledge of treatment techniques. Kate also runs her separate business people with breathing related problems. Karine has more than 20 years experience as a physio in the UK and around Australia in private, elite sports, and work place settings. Her additional qualifications in Sports Physiotherapy and Health Coaching, plus an interest in pelvic floor health, movement therapy and persistent pain mean she relishes the complicated clients! As a Health Coach Karine prides herself on integrating these skills into her physio management, often helping people to make the changes they need to help their injuries but also their overall health. As a mum, Karine appreciates the physical and mental challenges of parent hood and has a fresh insight into regaining your health post babies.

Her interest in Physiotherapy was ignited by her personal experiences with injuries and the positive impact physiotherapy and in particular hydrotherapy had on her recovery.
